Hi, since you are good at making wordmarks for wikis, I was wondering if you could make one for the Symphogear Wiki that matches this image (if that image is too small to make a wordmark here's a larger one but non-transparent image), by adding "Wiki" below it, with the text being in a similar font like the AXZ text in this logo?
If the font is too hard with the logo, you can try with this one as well with similar font as with G in the logo.
Oh, you mean like the Youtube banner, but you want a background image instead? What's supposed to fill all the extra space? You're using an image that is like 200px tall as the basis for making an image that usually needs to be like 4-5 times that tall.
Hey Fandyllic, I've heard that you are pretty skilled at making Wiki Wordmarks I was wondering if you could make one using the same design from this one Our Current Wordmark and I was wondering if you could make a better Wiki writing on the Wordmark?
This is the original Wiki Wordmark we used without the 'Wiki' added on to it and without the background for Dr. Stone being rendered invisible and if it is easier to use this to add the word Wiki to Dr. Stone's Wiki Wordmark here is the old image to work with .
Thank you extremely much if you are able to do this for our Wiki community regards,
Although AlbertEpstein may have been a bit too sensitive, you handled the situation poorly.
The time period of your block isn't that long, but if you want to get it reduced or eliminated, your best bet is to apologize on AlbertEpstein's wall on this wiki or CC. The reason I won't intervene is that I largely agree with most of his positions.
I know you're a big fan of the Expanse it it might drive you crazy to not be able to edit on the wiki for awhile, but it might be better to cool down at least a few days and try to think of some compromise between you and AlbertEpstein.
I should not have to apologize because he overreacted.
He abused his position under the color of authority.
He needs to be held accountable for his tyrannical behavior. If you turn a blind eye to it, that also makes you part of the problem. It is just matter of time before it escalates out of hand and it takes out on the next user and those after that. You need to think about the user base before you say no outright.
An admin acts in trust on behalf of the users, if he abuses that trust, it should be corrected accordingly.
I told him he should keep his temper in check, especially since he is an admin, he is held to a higher standard.
There was no other admin available to discuss the matter with.
I would like to speak to the council to prove my case.
If I am able to prove my case, what sort of measures can be implemented so it does not happen again : Anger Management, for instance
I guess we're done here... Good luck riding out your block. I assume you will be blocked a few times again in the future. I've dealt with users with a similar attitude to yours... it rarely works out well.
The council consists of AlbertEpstein, MysticalArchAngel, and myself... so if MysticalArchAngel turned you down, you're out of luck.
Moreover, why am I the one with the problem, by your admission you said he was sensitive.
What about your tone:

How would you characterize your attitude? Is it that you are being a "pain in ass" as per your personal motto.
You also said you agree with him on most issues, emphasis on most not all.
Ignoring an issue does not make it go away, in fact you are just giving him license to do it again
I just recieved word that Syfy has cancelled the Expanse, as in there will be no fourth season.
At a certain point we are all going to move on to other projects, and based on his passion, he will administer the Expanse wiki for a long time to come.
This is the last chance for him to learn how to become an effective administrator.
From what I learned of being an admin, your suppose to be a guide, and not treat the site as your own personal fiefdom. It requires a bit of patience , even to the point of being self-effacing. In order to build a fan-base you have to include the viewpoint of others, not just your own.
The way he is going, he will end up alienating the fan-base.
Instead of sarcasm and vitriol, try to help me remedy the situation.
Loyality should not be to a fault, especially if it is at the expense of the users.
The current achievement system wouldn't track "first" category nor would it compare article names to those on a list.
What I'm hoping to accomplish is more focused and in that way theoretically have higher quality.
The key is drawing contributors attention to a list. It would give visitors some better direction for how they can contribute in case they don't have that idea or are looking for something specific.
The other piece is recognition. many people like getting recognized for their efforts. when they think they'll get recognition, they may be inclined to put in a little more effort which in principle helps quality and discourages vandalism.
alternative to a points system would be a voting system but that requires both a larger pool of contributors to begin with and more effort to maintain.
Do you have other suggestions on attracting and retaining good contributors?
sounds to me like a campaign to identify wikis that share some significant characteristics in common with The Expanse is in order. followed by a little lurking. finally a round of friendly direct messaging
